| Production
Procedure: |
|
|
|
(1)
3D drawing design:
|
| All
of computers of R & D depts have already installed
different kind of powerful design software such as
solidework, uni-graphic, Pro-E. |
 |
(2)
Spare parts production
|
|
| Plastic
parts: All Materials are passed flame resistance (UL
94V-0 standard). Also, the materials are environmentally
friendly material (contain lead free) |
|

|
Metal
parts: Wheelchair frame used Aluminium material
that is very light material. FH Wheelchair is only
15kgs.
Also,
FH would introduce two high technique equipment
for heat treatment that make the welding point of
the frame is more firm & long-lived.

(3)
Bending the aluminium tube, assemble wheelchair
frame, welding, assemble front wheel & back
wheel.
Quality
Checking:
|
|
| FH
wheelchair base on the international standard ISO7176
for testing & checking. |
 |
(a)
Withstandingness of polishing tests:
The
testing is used 10kgs hammer and give the pressure
to the wheel on the polishing equirement. After
14,000 cycles, we are going to check that the withstandingness
of the polishing for the front wheel & back
wheel.
|
|
(b)
Fatigue Tests:
The
tests expose the wheelchair to a period of running
on rollers with small obstructions on their periphery
and a sequence of falls to simulate the effects
of kerbs. The test dummy have the weight 25kgs,
50kgs, 75kgs, 100kgs.
|
|
|
|
(c)
Impact Strength Tests:
A
weighted pendulum (10kgs) is used to strike parts
of the wheelchair which are subjected to impacts
applied by users falling against the wheelchair
backrest and by the wheelchair handrim, castors
and footrests colliding with obstructions.
|
|
(d)
Drop Tests:
Drop test machine capable
of dropping the wheelchair from 50mm +/- 5mm on
to a rigid honizontal test plane, of rotating the
wheelchair wheels so that the load is not always
on the same part of the wheels, of ensuring that
the wheelchair is stationary prior to each drop,
and having provision to record the total number
of drops.
|
 |
 |
(e) Tracking Characteristics
of Wheelchairs Tests:
Tacking characteristics of
a wheelchair measured before and after the above
testing. It set up a test rack consisting of a hard,
smooth ramp and a flat horizontal test plane. Mark
a straight 'zero line'. Then, position the wheelchair
on the ramp and release the wheelchair so that it
rolls down the ramp and on to the horizontal test
plane. Then, measure and record the amount and direction
of any deviation from Test institutions are urged
to explore the possiblilites of improving pass/fail
criteria by the use of a test such as one of the
following to determine if the function of the wheelchair
have been adversely affected.
|
|
After serious testing, we will check all the accessory
of the wheelchairs.
All wheelchairs have passed the testing, they will
be deliveried to all the users on time.
FH can offer 3 years warranty. We have professional
engineer can provide technical support & repair.
